Microsoft Elite Privacy Statement

Microsoft is committed to protecting your privacy, while delivering software that brings you the performance, power, and convenience you desire in your personal computing. This privacy statement governs your use of Microsoft Elite. It does not apply to other online or offline Microsoft sites, products, or services.

Microsoft Elite provides early access to Microsoft internal release of products, as part of the internal early product validation and feedback process.

Microsoft Elite requires users to login with a valid @microsoft.com alias to ensure authorized users are accessing Microsoft product information. For security and the best experience, Microsoft Elite will collect your email address and provide Elite program information based on membership criteria.

Microsoft Elite may collect non‑identifiable data about application usage and performance. This data is analyzed in aggregate to improve the application and understand usage patterns.

Information related to your Elite activity will be visible through the leaderboard, accessible only to you and Elite administrators for support purposes. The leaderboard displays the top five members and two members immediately above and below you, used to identify top contributors at the end of June and December.

Microsoft Elite offers scenario surveys for early adopter programs. Survey responses are shared with program contacts along with your name and alias for follow‑up questions. This information may also be shared for product development and support.

Microsoft welcomes your comments regarding this privacy statement. If you have questions or concerns, please contact eliteadmins@microsoft.com.
